PAYMENT + ARTIST RIGHTS- By commissioning me, you are agreeing to use the artwork exclusively for personal use.
- Once payment is confirmed, I will start the artwork.
- I accept payment commonly through Ko-Fi and PayPal.
- The listed prices are in USD, however you may also send the price equivalent in AUD.
- The work may take time! If you want the artwork done within an urgent timeframe please let me know beforehand.
- I own the copyright of any work created for you, including designs. The only exception is if legal documentation stating otherwise is accepted or employment takes factor in the creation of the artwork.
- I retain the right to deny a commission.

CLIENT RIGHTS
- If you require to use the artwork for commercial use, you must have a written agreement from myself as well as to pay a licensing fee to do so. This includes selling the artwork as a product or merchandising.
- You are free to ask any questions regarding your commission.
- You are automatically allowed to use the artwork for personal use (Such as avatars/banners)
- You MAY also repost the artwork but ONLY if credit is properly given.
- You are NOT allowed to remove the watermark.
- You are NOT allowed to trace the artwork
- You are eligible for a refund if I have not yet started the work, other situations may also apply.
- You are free to request for edits during its sketch phase, if you still require edits upon its completion then there may be a $5 charge depending on the amount you need.
